The late, non-U.S. carb heads look to be exactly the same casting as the F, except with smaller intake ports and sealing rings. They do have the 44mm intake valves and the chamber shape is identical to the F. I've got one on the MPPE (with the intake ports enlarged), and I've built several other engines using those heads.
