Howdy floyd_ramp,

A well tuned B18 will give you 30MPG on the highway. A very well tuned B18 and overdrive can return up to 35MPG. How are you going to improve on that? The Cd of your car is around 4.something. I just don't see how any modern engine could better that fuel consumption by much.
