I'd rather pull my motor than rebuild my heater core again, took me forever and finding parts was a pain, had to have the core rebuilt using fabricated parts. all works fine now, I recommend lubing the blower motor shaft well, if and when the bearings start to tighten up your lube will give you a couple more thousand miles. When its out hook the motor up to your battery and apply some grease to the shaft when its spinning, let it work in there real good. Ive pushed failing motors alot further in both my 240 and my current 142 with this simple proccess.
