Startup issue 200 1990

With issues like this. I always think of 25 Amp Fuse under the hood having a bad connection to the Fuse Holder.
The Fuel Pump relay being intermittent maybe carboned up contacts or the Bad solder connections that occur inside it.
Main Fuel pump.
Electric Fuel pumps can die slow. I think on some '90 cars they didn't have the pre pressurizing to the fuel rail.
If you turn the key to the 'Run' position before Cranking, can you hear the fuel pump for about 1 second??
If you can hear it when the car is behaving itself, then make sure you hear it When you have this No start issue again.
