A head that is prepared for a 92mm bore won't fit on a smaller bore, so pick a bore such as 3.5"+.040" or 90.5mm & stick to it.

don't see why the blower can't feed into the single carb mani

It's a terrible piece of junk.

I think as a minimum, you would want to put the blower on the left, run pipe work out to the intercooler in front of the radiator & bring the cooled air in the right side to a D-Jet intake.

Forget carb. That is only going to work if you have no intercooler or an air to water aftercooler. Use MegaSquirt.
