supercharge 140-160

Maybe I'm going about this in the wrong order?

I think you are completely lost.

Main & main air corrector you set once & but with a supercharger, you do that on a dyno. I would expect that VPD can now give you the jetting that gets you close?

The main section of a DCOE you setup up to give you the best power & then you leave it. To get good 3/4 to full throttle economy, you need to have picked the correct tube, aux & main venturis first.

0 pump bleed is for a drag race car only, generally you put a 50 in it & go back & try larger one last.

The idle circuit & fine tuning the pump circuit is where your idle to half throttle fuel economy is. Cruising along at 65mph @ around 3000rpm on the flat, 99% of your fuel comes through the transition ports & idle mixture screw.

DCOE is one of the poorest choice for a suck through, sell it & start again with a big Mikuni, which I would fully expect VPD to be able to supply set up properly.

If you are an injection type of guy, do that! You could use the 45 for a throttle, but a crappy old 40mm anything should be big enough.

PS. Both throats of a 45mm DCOE are big enough to give you you enough air flow for a 2x the natural HP you would be aiming for if you were using one throat/cylinder. (If that doesn't make any sense, I'll expand on that)
