Checking In Tank Pump 200 1990

Thanks so much Art. I think the linked file will answer all of my questions!! But just to be sure.... I measured 13V between the brown ground wire and the red/yel in the connector... So the pump appears to be getting the proper voltage. I measure ~ 3.8V between the grey (gauge) wire and brown my tank is about 1/4-ish full so I'm guessing fuel level is directly proportional 12vdc?

I stuck a length of garden hose down the fill pipe and I don't hear a darn thing when I jumper the pump on. Should I be able to hear at least something right??

There is no difference at all in performance while driving with fuse #4 removed or installed.

Dead pump??

Thanks again!!!
