Yup, you need to take off the gearbox crossmember to change it. after that you take off the bracket in the back of the gearbox; 2 horizontal 9/16th headed bolts. You change the mount on that bracket, then bolt the bracket back onto the gearbox, then put the crossmember back and finally do up the nut holding the mount to the cross member.
