Hey Guys,
Wanted to close this thread out by letting everybody know replacing the power stage (aka ignition amplifier) fixed this sudden cut-out problem. So the steps I did in order were
cleaned verified battery connections
thoroughly cleaned fuse 4 and 6 holders and fuses
New fuel pump relay
New crank position sensor (aka rpm sensor)
New ignition module (aka power stage)
If you read alot of no-spark posts (and I did believe me) these are pretty "text book" steps for sudden no-spark. Another sympton that apparently was related which I was thinking was fuel pump check valve because it has gone away was on hot re-starts it would take an extra 5 or 8 seconds cranking to start.
