740 Regina codes and oddness? LONG post 700

Thanks. Thats what I have read. Cleaned both grounding points on rail with dremel tool. Main chassis ground to pass rail. Ground to block below power steering pump I cleaned well and PB Blasted but it is on there good, looks like a good contact. New OEM CPS, RSR, Fuel Pump relay(Tried 2). Cleaned grounds at rear of Valve cover gasket. Swapped FPR tonight with known good just to eliminate something. Am going to swap T/B w/known good TPS tomorrow and see.
