May this find you well. Have you tried to tighten the nut? It may take only a thousandth or two of movement to break the corrosion weld. The PB Blaster has already weakened that bond.
I recall a post, in reply to which I suggested applying intense cold to the nut/stud top. Cold makes things shrink. That, too, puts stress on the corrosion weld. Radio Shack might have an aerosol, that when sprayed produces intense cold. This has uses in electronics.
I think application of intense cold might help, because rust (iron oxide) has a greater volume than does steel (mainly iron, of which I think the stud is made). As the stud corroded, it swelled. That puts pressure on the aluminum, of which the head is made. If the stud can be shrunk, even a bit, that will relieve the tension applied by the surrounding head material. You may then be able to turn-out the nut, with the stud attached.
