First thing you should do is check that your radiator is clean and that your ignition
is timed properly. Should be advanced at least 15° before TDC. I use 20°.
Volvos like more advance than a lot of engines and if they are retarded they run hot,
and tend to burn up exhaust pipes and crack exhaust manifolds.

There are a couple pulleys that you can use, ether cone shaped or spool shaped
but NOT flat!
Remember the pulley bolts on quite a bit in front of the track of the belt.
