The most obvious lighter upgrade it to fit the plastic 5 bladed fan from a 140 or from a 240. The 140 fan bolts straight on, the 240 fan needs the 4 mounting holes filing out slightly.

I'm not against electric fans per se BTW, It's just that if you use the electric fan to mask an underlying fault it'll sooner or later bite you.
