+3 for Craigslist, although it is not exactly a high-end dealership crowd that hangs out there..(!). You could also Google what you are after for sale and see what comes up for results. You will be a long time looking for a 20 yr. old car with less than 150k mi. on it, indeed. Most wil have 360k plus on them, which is alright if you don't mind doing some reconstructive surgery on it.
