low power 1987 240 newb needs help

the timing marks were, of course, spot on. The injectors are all ticking along nicely. I can't find any cracks or vacuum leaks, visually or with carb cleaner.

Plenty of air flowing out of the exhaust, and no rattles in the cat.

Frustration has set in. . . the more I drive it, the more I'm thinking it feels lean, although the temp gauge stays about 1/3 of the way up.

Does anybody have any other ideas ? Believe me, any help is appreciated.
