No Start 700 1987

1987 744 Turbo

The problem:
So I am in a difficult spot. I drove from Maine to Bethlehem Pennsylvania last night to visit a friend. The car ran like a top the whole ride down (got about 28-29 mpg because I was going 70-75 the whole time). I stopped in NY to fill up and the car started up just fine. Went to move the car a few hours ago and it will turn over all day but will not start.

-I have had zero no start issues with this car before today
-The tank is still just over half full

What I have done:
-I checked the fuel pump fuse #1 and the in tank fuse #11 and both were fine
-I was pulling one of the wires to check the plugs and the metal connector came out so I am going to napa to get new wires.

I have limited tools since I am away from home.
-a couple socket sets
-12V tester

Two questions I am hoping my fellow Brickboarders can help with.

1) Wondering if there is anything else that I can check with my limited mechanic skills and limited tools.

2) Does anyone know of a good mechanic that is close the Bethlehem PA? This is my backup plan if I can not get it going. My friend is only here for school so he does not know any shops in the area either.

I am now headed to get wires and I already had a new set of plugs in the trunk. Hopefully I can figure out if it is a fuel issue or a no spark issue. Some mini vacations this is turning out to be...

Thank you a head of time for any information!
