Disassembling PBR clutch master cylinder? 120-130

PBR are Australian, looks like a Girling clone. From the pic it looks as if the circlip is already out. Before trying compressed air you might get it out by banging the end down hard on the bench. Try and hit as square as you can. If you're going to replace the seals, which might be PBR parts only, you could give it a good soak in any solvent that doesn't attack aluminum.
