Paul,

To refresh my memory, I dragged out that old picture of the view from below with the M41 installed. The bracket with the two bolts going through it that you see above the mount and is attached to the gearbox is part of the mount. The brackets that it attaches to cross member with are level with the cross member and project aft from it. So, it turns out that it is not like the diagram you showed.
