Missing connector/wires? 700 1992

When I replaced my Regina pump with OE a few years ago, I had to solder the wires to the pump terminals. But googling on that Volvo Part # (3507736) just now, I see some pumps may have that plug-type connection, and come with the mating plug wiring and crimp connectors for splicing to the existing wires, as in the picture below.

Maybe FCP forgot to include the splice-in wiring, or it got overlooked in the packaging?
