You should NOT get dripping from the cold start valve. It should either do nothing or spray.
You will probably not be able to measure any voltage from the injector plugs but you can
track them back to the plug on the computer and check continuity that way.
(Injectors operate on low voltage and very short pulses, not enough to operate most meters.)
Can you press the pin on the end in about 0.020" on all of the injectors?
Have you had them cleaned and calibrated? (Cruzin' Performance, ~$15 each)
When you open the throttle all the way with ignition on you should hear a series of clicks.
Do you? (They will come from the injectors.)
Another thing that might disable 2 injectors are the trigger points in the bottom of the
distributor. When cranking you should get intermittent continuity between the center
connector and each of the outboard ones. Each one works half of the injectors.
