The simplest ones: a MSD-5 (old model) or MSD Blaster (current model)or MSD Street fire (new model) electronic ignition. All are a metallic red or black "brick"
On MSD-5 and Blaster you attach 2 cables to the coil, another one to the distributor, and voila!(points remain in place, but with 5 or more times more durability). The street fire ignition has a bit more cables, but are easy to connect.
I've one MSD-5 on my car since 2005, no problems so far (and I´m in the second set of points...).
See http://www.msdignition.com/Products/Ignitions/Daily_Driver/5520_-_Street_Fire_Ignition.aspx and http://www.akr-performance.nl/downloads/MSD-5900.pdf
Btw, the MSD6 family is more powerfull (you can see the MSD-6 on "Overhauling" tv series), but the MSD-5 make the trick on our 85-120 hp engines (in the photo, in my car the MSD-5 is the red brick near to the battery and air filter).
