This could be a lot of things...
If your in tank pump is falling the main should still get it started.However you can jump fuse #6 on the right side to fuse #4 on the left side with #4 pulled out and hear the in tank pump.
-But this sounds more to be ignition than fuel.
-Check all your fuses
-vac. lines
-crank sensor
-AMM
-cracks in the intake lines
-clean throttle body
-clean Idle Control Valve
-Air breather lines(flame trap)
-fuel Pressure regulator
-May be more things but these are a few to start to do.
