740 engine stumbling when revved once started 700 1991

Yes agreed, but maybe I was not very descriptive... itès not only the hard starting, when it starts (which it always does) its "stumbly" until I drive a bit. Idle is not stable, often low, sometimes stalls...
This is especially if I rev it and drop it, in that case (if the issue is reproduced) it stalls for sure and is again stumbly to restart.

After some more tests, it really does it if I shut it off hot and I restart it about 1 to 1.5 hours later.
