Should not need to crank more than 3 or 4 turns.
Are you getting any leakage out of the bottoms of your carbs? That could drain them overnight
and it would take some cranking to fill them.
Also, is your battery strong enough to crank it pretty fast? How fast you crank will
make a bigger difference when it is cold. Also if/when it is too lean.
