I still see the GMB (with the wrong photo), but not the Hepu. And yes, FCP was good before they went "big time." The old website smacked of amateur web design, and yet, customer service was excellent, and the employees seemed to know their stuff. In the past few years, a new polished, professional website, and crummy customer service.
