Engine Starting Problems

I already cleaned out the idle air control and the throttle body (although
I only sprayed the throttle body out with carb cleaner without actually
removing it). I'm not entirely sure what the flame trap (PCV system) is. I
cant find anything in my Volvo book on it.
I'm going to check the intank fuel pump and lines next.
