Engine Starting Problems

Ok. Ive done all of these things. I cleaned the throttle body, Air mass meter, air control valve, new air filter, new flame trap and S hose, and the original problem was fixed. It now starts quite easily. But now there are new problems. Worse problems. Now the engine lopes at idle while in park, when at speed and throttle is let off without breaking the engine lopes with the tach jumping up and down either rhythmically or sporadically fluttering, and when at a stop the engine will sputter before takeoff. All of this occurs after driving for awhile. Everything runs fairly well on a cold start.

New fault codes:
2-2-3 Fault in signal to/from air control valve
2-2-1 Fuel system compensating for extremely rich or lean air/fuel mixture at cruise
1-1-3 Fault in fuel injector"s"

Did I damage something or did I fix something that revealed more problems? And what's my next step?
