Hi Vova,
Does not the 700-900 FAQ, hosted here on the brickboard, help? http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/
You can also use the search function for information on testing the AMM (air mass meter - what some call an MAF - mass airflow sensor) without a volt- or multimeter.
Your S90 (what year?) is an OBD (on-board diagnostic) II equipped model. With a Haynes, Volvo Green, or other (Chilton?) service manual for your Volvo, you can travel to your local Autozone or other chain or independent store, and in the parking lot, use their OBD II code scanner for fault codes.
Call the auto parts store first to see if they have one. I'm unsure where the connector dongle for code scanning is located on an S90-V90. I think behind the ashtray on the center console or in the engine compartment?
The http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/ and a service manual as well as a reply from another S90-V90 owner may inform you.
Hope that helps.
Buttermilk MacDuff.
