ECT Problems, 93 240 200

UPDATE!!! Tried everything that I could read, from checking the ECU, looking for bad grounds, tracing wires back looking for breaks/shorts. Everything was right in-line with norm. Pulled out the new ECT that I had installed...not able to get any readings on meter!

Put the old one back in...started right up! No more fault codes, no more 123 or 224! Makes me think that the throttle body being WAY dirty was the culprit of all my problems.

Can a dirty throttle body cause the ECT to dump more fuel than is necessary to get car started?
