TPS sensor miracle when disconnected S90-V90

it drives fine in D no jerking also no kick down. I agree with you it goes into a default mode. it shifts fine. once tps is disconnecetd rpm goes to 2000 and stays there until you shift into D and start driving. I read somewhere that 2000 is OK when tps disconnecetd, i think it operates within certain gears not all gears are ingaged with disconnecetd tps. i ll swap tps this weekend.
