harmonic balancer replacement 700 1987

I agree with you on the water pump, however,a new timing belt is only about $15 bucks, and I think it is worth replacing while you are there,,,, especially if you have never replaced it. Replacing the harmonic balancer is not as easy as it might seem.,,and if you ask me,it's worth buying a new balancer instead of a used junkyard part.I replaced my balancer,(90k ago),and I hope and expect to never have to do it again.
Last week,my original still functional odometer just turned to 270k.
