Seized engine S90-V90 1998

I have 98 S90 4.9L dual overhead cams. Was wondering if I should just junk the car!! Driving down the road with no problems and engine quit. Would not turn over at all so towed it home. Tried turning the crank with the cam cover off of it and engine would not turn over. Figured that maybe a valve broke or bent and jammed the cylinder so I removed the head. Head and valves are fine, still cannot turn the crankshaft, it feels like it is jammed solid. Any ideas or do you all think it is trashed?
