Maybe a Stupid question..........

They are a sealed unit, basically a hub assembly. No maintenance required or possible.
To change it you have to pull the wheel, brake caliper and brake rotor.
Then you remove the big nut....(24mm if I recollect correctly), that holds the bearing on the spindle and it will slip off.
A lot of torque is required to remove and re-tighten the nut, I use a impact wrench to remove and a torque wrench to re-tighten.
