1800E Brake pulling to right

I removed the reset switch on the junction block. The plastic tip seemed to be ok but.... is there a washer needed between the block and the reset switch?
Maybe it's going in too deep and causing a problem with full braking ability?
Otherwise, would this reset switch need replacement?

Thanks in advance for your input.
