Just to follow up... I finally got it to start up just on gas - no starter fluid. I had it running for several minutes and it idled nicely around 800-1000 RPM. All it took was adjusting the idle screw. So I guess it was getting fuel, but not enough or too much. Anyway, she's running now. Thanks again!
