Possible, yes, but you would have to transplant the entire fi system from the 1986 240, which has LH Jet 2.0, into the 140, which has D-jet. I don't think that the djet manifold and injectors would bolt up to a b230f.

Is this the motor from your 500k mile car? Body getting rusty?
