Engine transplant question 140-160 1973

A couple of points...

First, might be a typo on your part, but there's no such thing as a '75 140, at least not in the US market. That was the year the 240 series was introduced.

Second, in addition to all the fuel injection goodies already mentioned, you also need the transmission to go with the B230, or a custom made bellhousing, which ain't gonna be cheap. This is because the 140 series (as well as the '75 240) used the "straight up" B20... as you're aware, the B230 lays on it's side somewhat. The B230 can be installed straight up, but you're talking more custom parts to make that happen.
