145 Brake Bleeding Issues 140-160

Tonight I bled the master cylinder using the above method (I did have an available pedal pumpin' partner). Snugged the exit lines back up and definitely had more feel out of the pedal than before, but it still wasn't great. I figured since I had the lines open at the master, it wouldn't hurt to bleed the whole system again; this time I got a LOT of air out of the left rear and left front top bleeders, none out of the rest, and I put another quart through it with the Motive power bleeder. After this the pedal felt somewhat reasonable, so I put the wheels on, got the car on the ground and started up...and the pedal goes straight to the floor with the assist from the booster when the car's running.

Back to square one...any other ideas? This is making me feel like I have no business working on cars or something...

Chris
