Thanks Bruce, The pumps definitely don't work. I suspected that it needs a new ignition computer and it's good to have agreement. There's so many problems with this car I'm wondering how the second through 5th burnout could have happened since they'd all ground it but the car would have stopped running at the first one. Is there a way to find out which computer the engine needs? The one that's in it is 1341607, but it may have been salvaged from another car. I tested the plug soldering & it seems ok so there must be some more esoteric flaw.
