any good local automotive machine shop can easily accomplish what you seek.

find a shop that has equipment to to do align boring, re sleeving engine cylinders and you will know they can do your job. you won't need either service BUT if they can do that they can effortlessly rebuild a volvo b230.

i live in the stix in central mass and within 25 miles there are at least 2 quality shops that rebuild a b230 in their sleep.
