You are correct it is a B230F that I am looking for. My bad!

I would have the original engine rebuilt, but I think the block or at least the head are cracked. The car was stored with very little anti freeze and did freeze up.
So rather than source another used block and build up a motor, I thought I would try and find a long block or a very fresh used motor.
