New windshield installed, but it leaks! 120-130 1966

In the past I have used dum dum strip caulk to temporarily cure leaks. The brand I used was Pro-Form PF300 and I applied it with the windshield in place, between the chrome strip and the glass and the body and the chrome. Properly worked in and smoothed out, it is difficult to detect unless you're right up close. And it has worked.

Cheers,
