What of the solder around of the bulb out relay base pins, so you merely bypass the bulb out sensor, until you replace the soldered-jumpered sensor with a working used or new bulb out relay sensor .... ?

It appears the lighting is brighter with a jumpered bulb bulb relay base. (While losing the bulb out sensor feature ....) (A lot of current goes through that bulb out sensor; it get hot!)
