Pressure bleeding fell out of favour along time ago and that was the proper way using fluid from a pressure can of brake fluid. Problem is it pumps garbage into places in the master cylinder and hurts the MC seals that only work at atmospheric pressure normally. Using air from a compressor injects moisture into the fluid too, which sorta defeats the point in changing fluid.
If you are alone, a clear glass bottle and a short length of clear hose is all you need. If the system is good, it will gravity bleed.
