Yeah, that's very annoying. I hate that. I only use the rear fog in poor visibility conditions. Except of course on my wagon when my left taillight was out due to a short. I put the rear fog on to pass off as the taillight and avoid being stopped. It seemed to work for the couple weeks it took me to fix the underlying problem, as I passed quite a few coppers. ;)
