Check Engine Light and Codes Again 200 1992

Check engine light today.

Plugged diagnostic port #2.

Codes are:
2-3-2 Rich/lean at idle
2-3-1 Rich/lean at cruise
2-2-1 Extremely rich/lean at cruise

Switched to port #6 and no codes there.

No oxygen sensor codes or engine coolant temperature sensor codes. So that's good news.

So I pulled the vacuum hose off of the fuel pressure regulator and it smelled of gas. I have been swapping old/used regulators so decided to purchase a new one.

Installed the new fuel pressure regulator. Boy I getting quick at it.
Started car up and it ran like junk and stalled.

Pulled fuse #6 and reset the brains.

Started car up and it ran like junk again like it has been, Would stall unless I gave it gas up to around 2000 rpms. Took the car for a drive and it lacked power up hills.

No bueno. Someone please buy this car from me.
