Thanks for the AMM suggestion.

Here are my measurements taken at the AMM.

1. Key is on, but car not running. Red/White wire pin #3 = 1.34 volts.
2. Car running at idle. Red/White wire pin #3 = 2.48 volts.
3. Car running with some throttle/rpms. Red/White wire pin #3 = 2.72 volts.

Looked at Green Service Manual for LH Jetronic 2.4 fuel system
Performed test E13, page 43.
Measured voltage from pin#5 to ground = 12.0 volts.
Measured voltage from pin#5 to pin#1 = 12.2 volts.

That's all I've got for tonight.
