B230 oil woes

I agree with the others, probably a clogged oil separator. Try cleaning or replacing that before rerouting the flame trap plumbing.

To test, remove the end of the hose that runs into the flame trap from the oil separator. Keep the hose attached at the oil separator end. Remove the oil cap. Blow hard into the hose towards the separator while keeping one hand over the oil cap opening. If you don't feel the air at the oil cap then your separator is clogged and should be replaced or removed and thoroughly cleaned.
