I looked through my archives and found "green book" Specifications for a B16.
The following is quoted from the book (P 44408 Part 13)...

Distributor Type: Bosch VJU 4 BR 20;
Contact breaker gap: 0.016"-0.020 "
Breaker point pressure: 14 oz. - 17.5 oz.;
Cam angle: 50 degrees +/- 3 degrees.

I believe "Cam angle" is defined the same as dwell.
