M41 cry for help 120-130

"fell off the truck" sounds like a scripted response to me, but that is the nature of customer service nowadays when you are dealing with large companies and the reps are forced stay on script if they want to keep their "high" paying jobs.

Besides, if it did literally fall of the truck, you wouldn't want it back anyways as it would most certainly be damaged.

Lets hope that the box it was in either fell apart or the label is missing.

FYI, I have 100% success rate in sending M40s in thick well padded boxes, but I have always palletized the M41s I have shipped. If you use a small enough pallet and keep the weight under 150 lbs, you don't have to ship via freight.

They usually complain when I show up with a pallet, but when I show them it can be moved with a standard sized handtruck, they will accept the shipment.
